In the next chapter I really want to pin down this background...The Hot Cell is an important room and I will take every opportunity to draw more glowing blue stuff.
Also, are y'all familiar with that one episode of Teen Titans where they're like in Russian and encountered a lad in the exact same situation as Godiva? His name was Red Star... Not gonna lie, that episode totally influenced this part of the comic and I JUST NOW remembered it existed. *Sighs* that show was so poggers...
